At Joks Apparels OPC PVT.LTD, we take pride in offering high-quality innerwear designed for your comfort and confidence. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered, except in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or wrong item received.

 

1. No Returns or Exchanges

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, size exchanges, or refunds if you have ordered the wrong size, color, or product.

  • Products once worn, tried, or opened cannot be returned under any circumstances.

2. Eligible Cases for Refund/Replacement

We will provide a replacement or refund only if:

  • The product has a clear manufacturing defect (such as stitching errors, fabric damage, or functional issues).
  • You have received the wrong item (wrong product, size, or color) compared to your order.

3. Conditions for Claim

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please:

  • Notify us within 6 hours of delivery by emailing support@somafashions.com with your order number.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product showing the defect or error.
  • Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

4. Refund/Replacement Process

  • Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you at no extra cost.

  • If a replacement is not possible (out of stock), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

  • Once the order is processed and shipped, cancellations are not possible.
