  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are typically delivered within 10 to 15 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on:

    • Your shipping location.

    • Courier partner serviceability.

    • Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions).

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Applicable shipping fees (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Free shipping may be offered on select products, promotional campaigns, or for orders above a certain value.

4. Delivery Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

5. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
